Knoll the Troll

At the recent funeral of Marine Staff Sgt. Joseph Goodrich who died in Iraq about two weeks ago, Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Catherine Baker Knoll felt she needed to secure some voters. One problem, she apparently didn’t use the empty space above her shoulders when deciding where to campaign.

During communion, she located the family, and told at least one of them ‘I want you to know our government is against this war.” By “our government” I’m assuming she meant the State of Pennsylvania.

Needless to say, the family is outraged at this woman’s boldness to push an anti-war platform at the funeral of a Marine. Rumors are already surfacing that Governor Rendell will be dropping her from his re-election ticket. You bet I would… in fact, if that were my son, and some political hack decided to campaign on his death, they’d be facing a boot to the head among other things.

  • I guess I should say I am aghast at such behavior, especially by someone who lives in the public domain, but I am not. Bush hatred among the liberals is at such a fever pitch that what few brain cells they have left are distorted and programmed for just one thing: destroy anything Bush. If the president were to miraculously become liberal-minded and make abortion on demand mandatory, place the U.S. Supreme Court under the ACLU, move the White House to Hollywood and decree that from here on out, during any election any vote for democrat candidates counted as two votes, the liberals would find a way to wail and whine. What I AM amazed at is that they actually believe that no one notices their insanity. I cannot understand how they can believe that by prefacing their rants against the military with the obligatory “But I support the troops”, that no one realizes they are traitors to this country. Liberals are the only people I know who refuse to lift a finger to defend their country but will go to extremes to defend any enemy of our country and make it easier for them to attack us. I believe that is a very good description of treason.
