My views on the Delay indictment

First, let me say that I don’t think the charges brought against DeLay will not get to trial.
I’ve read the indictment, and it is chock full of, shoulda, coulda, mighta’s that when you’re done reading it, you’re not quite sure there was even anything to prosecute.
