Putting sanctions on such a country would NOT stop its citizens from fleeing to the US; in fact it would worsen their situation, making the US even more intriguing. They found a bunch of marijuana and other drugs in there. Consider, not only the fact that there are illegal aliens crossing through tunnels like this, but also the likelihood that there are terrorists with weapons (WMD or not) crossing these same tunnels. Not to mention the drugs. Anyone that thinks that we should not seal the border is the epitomy of unpatriotic.
