Mr. Dean…

Boy Howard Dean is in rare form these days…

First, we have Howard talking about the newly elected Iraqi Prime Minister:

The Iraqi prime minister is an anti-Semite. We don’t need to spend $200 and $300 and $500 billion bringing democracy to Iraq to turn it over to people who believe that Israel doesn’t have a right to defend itself and who refuse to condemn Hezbollah.”

The only thing I will agree with here is that we most certainly don’t need a leader who feels that Israel needs to be wiped off the face of the earth, in charge of Iraq. I just have not seen any evidence that he mirrors the wishes of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Then again, we’re not in charge of electing Iraq’s leadership so complaining about it by slinging mud at Al-Maliki is pointless.

Then we have Howard addressing the Democratic Professionals Forum in Palm Beach, Florida:

“Thank God for Bill Nelson, because we’d have another crook in the United States Senate if it weren’t for him. He is going to beat the pants off Katherine Harris,. She doesn’t understand that it’s…improper to be chairman of a campaign and count the votes at the same time. This is not Russia and she is not Stalin.”

Ahhh, here we go again with the “Bush didn’t win in 2000″ speech. Dean, unless you’ve been sleeping under a rock, the 2000 election is OVER, in fact we’ve had ANOTHER one since then. Get over it, there is no conspiracy, you’re just pandering. Stalin? Come on Dean… even if she WAS a crook, apple’s and oranges buddy.

Then in a move that still confuses the hell out of me, Howard told the assembly that Republican policies of deceit and finger-pointing are tearing American apart and that we need to END DIVISIVENESS.

Ok Howard… you call the Prime Minister of Iraq an Anti-Semite, then you compare Katharine Harris to Joseph Stalin… and the Republicans are being divisive?

Divisive – adj. – Creating dissension

Pot… meet Kettle.

  • Hey, nice site. If Howard Dean wasn’t around the world would have much less to laugh about. In a way he’s the best thing that’s happened to the Republican Party. Go Howard!
