Can we profile yet?

Two days ago the British government foiled a plot to blow up two dozen airplanes in a widespread terrorist plot. 19 of the suspected terrorists have been identified and here’s the “shocking” revelation.

Of the terrorists identified in THIS plot alone, those involved were young men from 17-35 years old, and ALL of them had Muslim names. Not a single one of them was an old woman in a wheelchair, a teenage cheerleader or a small child, yet it’s THESE types of people we insist on grilling in Airports all in the name of “politically correct” social profiling.

We can keep people from bringing a Dr. Pepper on an airplane, make them toss out their perfume, and hand over their nail clippers all day long, but until the people in this country realize that the people who intend them harm are Muslims, and accept that Granny Smith is more likely to be on a trip to visit her family than blow up a plane.
