Proof We Could Care Less About the Invasion
You want some proof that high ranking officials and our judical system are in bed with the illegal aliens? Look no further than James Munley.
The federal district court judge ruled unconstitutional a law in Hazleton, PA, that would fine businesses and landlords for renting to and hiring illegals.
Munley stated “Federal law prohibits Hazleton from enforcing any of the provisions of its ordinances.” Although no references to prove federal law allows illegals to run rampant in our country was present when I was looking to back up his idiotic comment.
COME ON… I’ve read the constitution sir, and as I understand it. in order for something to be “unconstitutional” it would have to be prohibited by the constitution. Nowhere in the constitution does it state that we have no borders, no rule of law and no way to punish those who willingly hire non-citizens as under the table labor.
Care to enlighten us Munley?

As much as a agree with your point of view, it sounds like the ruling wasn’t that the law was unconstitutional, as much as their police would be out of jurisdiction to enforce such a law. That is one problem with our legal system; we have too many over lapping jurisdictions:
-Local
-County
-State
-Federal
They all want their own niche and they will protect that niche.

While I see your point, I don’t see why the judges ruling would include the term ‘unconstitutional’ if it was just about jurisdictional issues.
If the feds refuse to protect us, we have a constitutional right to protect ourselves.

The court ruled that it falls into the federal domain to enforce border protection and that the city has no right to do so under the constitution.
Of course, I disagree.

So what happens if there is a massive military invasion and the feds sit on their ass… by legal precedent are we supposed to sit and do nothing for fear of federal retaliation?
Idiotic.
If the state fails to act, it’s up to the people to step up.
