I&#039;ve been saying for years that Walmart&#039;s been funding arsonists in order to clear spaces for its new stores, sidestepping all manner of construction codes and politics.

Those black, tinted hatchbacks cruising slowly through the neighbourhood at all hours have never slipped past me.  I&#039;ve always clocked them for what they were.

Damn I wish April would hurry and get here.</description>
