Only One Candidate Offers Substantive Change

What change do Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, or John McCain truly offer?

The change toward European socialism?

Or toward Islamic appeasement?

Or toward more fervent class warfare?

Can you name one accomplishment of Barack Obama’s? One non-socialist act of Hillary Clinton’s that wasn’t rooted in her quest for power? One conservative action item in John McCain’s long career of “crossing the aisle?”

No, “change” is just a buzzword that the politicos in the Democrat party discovered was a hit with focus groups, so all the candidates ran with it.

The fact is that the only candidate that is advocating substantive change that will benefit everyone in our country is Mike Huckabee. Only Mike Huckabee advocates bringing an end to the arcane, Marxist oppression of the income tax, ending the regressive payroll tax, and installing a FAIR, FLAT, VOLUNTARY, national sales tax.

Under the FairTax, no one will pay more or less taxes than their “fair share.” Everyone will encouraged to save without having to worry about the tax consequences, which will provide more capital for banks to lend to small businesses. Close to $13 TRILLION will come back to the U.S. economy from offshore banks, and hundreds of companies will come back to the U.S. instead of outsourcing. Everyone will receive a prebate every month to cover the tax they would pay up to the poverty level, and everyone will receive every single bit of their paycheck! No one would pay a single penny of tax on any capital gains – not from houses, land, savings, or investments!

Everyone other candidate is a U.S. Senator. They’ve had their chance to “change” Washington, and haven’t even made an attempt; and all three of them (McCain, Clinton, Obama) are offering the same tired rhetoric of taxing the rich to feed the poor.

I support Governor Mike Huckabee for President and I support the FairTax for real change!!

If you live in Texas or Ohio, vote for Mike Huckabee on March 4, and if you live in Pennsylvania or know someone who does, tell them to vote for Mike Huckabee on April 14 and send the Republican race to a brokered convention!

  • Yeah, I’m still a big fan of Mike Huckabee’s.

My issue with all of this much like yours… and like Rudy Giulianni pointed out a few months back… “change” is a buzzword. You can change ANYTHING and get two completely polar opposite results.

I don’t like ANY of the candidates and as it stands now, I may hold my nose to keep the BIG liberals out, unless something earth shattering “changes”.
