Teachers are more important than parents?
Speaking to the American Federation of Teachers, Obama had this to say about what “change” means to him in regards to education.
“That begins with recognizing that the single most important factor in determining a child’s achievement is not the color of their skin or where they come from; it’s not who their parents are or how much money they have. It’s who their teacher is.”
Government employees who spend more time worrying about banning playground games and what to call sexual anatomy when giving sex ed lessons to 5 year old’s are more important than you are to your kids.
