Transition Approval

Transitions from President to President can be smooth or troubling, but in an experience that few other countries can revel in, they are all generally peaceful. We may not like the guy taking the position, but generally speaking we all respect the office itself enough to allow each side to take control when it is their turn to do so.

Seeing as we’re experiencing this very transition today, and most likely not much will change between now and Friday I thought I would go ahead and post this weeks approval feature today. I went digging through a number of sources and they all fell around this number so I went with the most comfortable source at the moment, Gallup.

This has to be one of the smoothest transitions in recent history, and we owe a lot of that to the outgoing Administration and George W. Bush himself. He has said numerous times that it was his goal to make every move in for Obama and his staff as comfortable and easy as possible and by all accounts that has been a success.

In the future these will surface each Friday and generally speaking will be a compilation of numerous polling sources.
